1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns on any mooncake purchases. As our mooncakes are perishable and handcrafted with care, we are unable to restock or resell returned items.

2. Refunds

We strive to provide the best quality mooncakes and service. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement.

  • Eligibility for Refund: You are eligible for a refund if the product is damaged upon arrival or if the wrong item was shipped. To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Refund Process: If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not already been processed and shipped. After this period, we are unable to cancel or modify your order. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our returns and refunds section.

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow the refund process outlined above, and we will provide you with a replacement or refund.
